Sanitis Announces Exclusive U.S. Master Distributor Partnership with MEDIZIP and Exclusive Sub-Distribution Agreement with VMD, Inc.
Austin, Texas – March 4, 2025 – Sanitis, a U.S. company specializing in medical solutions and healthcare innovations, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an exclusive agreement to act as the master distributor in the US and throughout North America for MEDIZIP, a next-generation advanced wound closure device that is transforming the way surgeries and emergency wound closures are handled. Additionally, Sanitis has selected VMD, Inc. as its exclusive sub-distributor to oversee the marketing and distribution of MEDIZIP products to military, Veterans Administration, and other federal health care institutions across the United States and North American markets. VMD is also a nonexclusive distributor of MEDIZIP outside of the federal healthcare systems
